- Military Relocation Professional
Like many Realtors, Real Estate is not Stacy Echard’s first career. Stacy was as a self employed photo retoucher to many well known photographers in the local area. She was a member of the Maryland Professional Photographers Association.
She worked for the Department of the Army’s Morale, Welfare and Recreation at Fort Meade for 10 years as a Business Manager where she was responsible for opening, marketing, and expanding the Family Pet Care Center. She later moved to Outdoor Recreation where she operated the Campground, RV Storage, and Burba Park. She was acting Division Chief for the recreation division for 8 months, then spent her last year as the Special Events Coordinator. She earned many awards and recognition's for her best practices, professionalism and expertise in business.
She has taken her years of experience in business, marketing, and customer service, focusing her efforts in the business of Real Estate. She has lived in Anne Arundel County for over 30 years. She knows Anne Arundel County and its surrounding counties well. She can help you select a neighborhood that will meet your family’s needs. She blends up to the minute technology with old fashioned service.
As an agent who's an expert in this local area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information.
Find Your Next Home
I can work with you to find that special place you will call home including all the neighborhood amenities that are important to you.
Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Often times buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like professional photographs, staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
"I don’t know if we sent you our thanks for all the fine work you did in selling our house in Bowie. We are very happy and pleased that Lea ran into you at Chesapeake Spa that day and mentioned we were thinking of moving. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Everything went well and you went out of your way to keep us informed. Let me know where I can leave a testimonial or endorsement for your great work. We appreciated all your efforts and have recommended you to our friends."

"A couple of happy customers!! Shout out to our awesome realtor Stacy Echard from Caldwell Banker. She spent a few months tirelessly showing us every house within 15 miles of Columbia. When we finally decided to go with new construction she was extremely valuable throughout the whole process. If you don't think you need an agent for new construction, think again! Stacy's oversight through the contracts, inspections, amendments, meetings, etc. was vital to the process. She brought up things we never considered and made sure our best interest was foremost. As an added bonus, Stacy knows all about construction, building, and codes too! She caught things at the pre-drywall inspection and closing inspection we wouldn't have even thought to look for. Through the whole process the builder was looking out for themselves, we were glad we had Stacy looking out for us! We absolutely LOVE our new house and we LOVE our awesome realtor - Stacy Echard!"
