What is a Military Relocation Professional?
It is a designation given to agents by the National Board of Realtors who are trained and committed to helping the Military and their families through the difficult process of moving. As a prior civilian DOD employee I understand what a stressful time this is. I also know what services and benefits are available to you on your base and in the community. If you are moving, anywhere in the world, I can help. I have been able help people in other states and countries purchase a home that is ready for them to move in as soon as they arrive in their new location.
Have questions about VA Loans?
A VA-guaranteed loan is a loan made by private lenders (such as banks, savings & loans, or mortgage companies) to eligible veterans. If you want to purchase a home, condominium or manufactured home, the VA can guarantee up to $424,000 of the total loan -- much higher than you can get with most conventional home loans. If you are considering refinancing an existing loan, VA offers you two options. You can either refinance to reduce your current interest rate or you can take equity out (cash-out). The "cash-out" option is limited to $144,000
Misconceptions about VA eligibility and entitlement.
You do need to pre-qualify. You do still need to maintain a certain credit score.
You may still qualify if you have encountered a bankruptcy or foreclosure.
You can use your VA benefits as many times as you like. You may still have remaining entitlement to use for another VA loan. And when you pay off the loan it restores your entitlement. The fastest way to verify your eligibility and determine the amount of entitlement is to go to THE BENEFITS PORTAL
And did you know that not all VA lenders offer the same rates? It pays to get a second opinion.
